An inmate who went missing from a public safety building in Madison is back in custody.
21-year-old Marvin Webb went missing Tuesday morning. He was released to attend a treatment program, but never showed up.
Webb is serving a sentence for several charges including theft and disorderly conduct.

From Dane County Sheriff's Office:
Marvin A. Webb, age 21 of Madison, has been declared AWOL from the Dane County Jail.
Webb, who was sentenced to the jail with Huber privileges, was released this morning from the Public Safety Building to attend a treatment program. He was due to return to the jail at noon, but did not come back as scheduled. While checking on his whereabouts deputies also learned he did not attend the treatment program.
Webb is serving a sentence for several charges including theft, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and resisting/obstructing. Anyone with information on his location is asked to call 911.
