Investigators say a man horded millions of child pornography images and coerced a 13-year-old girl into taking hundreds more.

46-year-old Timmy Reichling of Darlington was arrested Thursday after a search warrant revealed pictures and videos stored at his home. He is being held on $1 million bond and if convicted could face more than $800,000 in fines, more than 250 years in prison, or both. He was placed on the sex offender registry in 1993 following a sexual assault conviction.

A now 17-year-old girl told investigators she believes Reichling, using various aliases, is likely the man who placed a camera outside her home and threatened to share her naked photos if she did not use the camera to take more. The girl estimates she took about 300 pictures over three years.

In February the girl tried to ignore the alias believed to be Reichling, then she received a message "if you do not talk to me I will ruin your life."

As late as June the girl received a message while she was at the pool saying the contact could see her.

The serial number on a camera the girl was given by her contact matched the number on a camera box in Reichling's trailer.

Investigators are trying to identify juveniles in millions of other pictures and videos found on Reichling's gear. They believe there are victims in Wisconsin and elsewhere.

“This remains an ongoing investigation,” Wisconsin ICAC Task Force Commander, Special Agent in Charge Jenniffer Price is quoted in a release. “We have reason to believe there are other possible juvenile victims who have yet to be identified, both in Wisconsin and out of state.  We’re asking anyone who thinks they may have information, or who may be a victim, to please come forward and contact the Department of Justice – Division of Criminal Investigation at 608-266-1671, or Darlington Police at 608-776-4981.
