A rural Mauston man faces several tentative charges after a crash that left a truck on its roof.
Authorities were called to the intersection of N. Union and E. Monroe Street Sunday around 6:40 in the morning.
Officers found a truck on its roof and a second vehicle with extensive front end damage.
The driver of the truck, 20-year-old Kyle Jirousek, was taken into custody and tentatively charged with OWI causing injury, felony bail jumping and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. He was also cited for failure to stop at a stop sign causing a crash.
The driver of the second vehicle suffered minor injuries.
