Press Release from the Grant County Sheriff's Department:
Date: 4-25-12 1:30 p.m.
Location: 104 Commercial Row, apartment #1, Boscobel, WI
Details: On the above date the Richland Iowa Grant Drug Task Force, along with the Grant County Sheriff's Department, Boscobel Police Department and the Division of Criminal Investigation Meth Unit, served a search warrant for illegal narcotics at the above residence.
Six subjects were taken into custody for questioning. Located inside the residence were 3 one pot “shake n bake” methods for making methamphetamine. Located inside a dryer in a common area of the apartments were 10 more one pot “shake n bake” methods. A clean up team was summoned to come to the residence and clean up the waste products. The clean up team came from Eastern Michigan.
Questioned were Nels Carson age 41, Brenda Palfrey age 51, and Steven Roling age 21. Nels, Brenda and Steven were released.
Arrested were Jacob R. LaRocque age 25, Christina A. Robbins age 31, Jessey L. Lisney age 23, for Manufacturing Methamphetamine. Additional charges are pending.
Assisting: Boscobel Fire Department and the Boscobel Ambulance Service.
All parties are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
