Information from the Janesville Police Department:
At 9:57 a.m. on Saturday, February 16th, the Janesville Police Department responded to an armed robbery at U.S. Bank, 2732 Milton Ave. A white male wearing a black hat, knee length black winter coat with hood up, a thin grey scarf around his face, dark pants, and dark shoes demanded money from the clerk and threatened he was armed with a firearm. The robber was handed an unverified amount of cash and fled the scene southbound on foot.
