A family on Madison's west side wants a stolen wheel chair returned.

Police say it was stolen from a Mt. Vernon Ct. garage Wednesday.

According to officers, it belongs to a Madison kindergarten student who is currently in a full body cast. The student cannot go to school without the wheel chair.

Police say other young people in the Park Edge Drive area may have been playing with it at some time, but it is still missing.

Anyone with information on the chair should call MPD's West District at 243-0500.
