Arrested: Alexsey Brik - 25 years old

Madison Police responded to a report of a wanted subject who may be at a Hotel in the 3800 block of East Washington Avenue. This information was confirmed and contact was attempted. One female came out of the room but the second wanted subject refused to comply. A perimeter was set up and the SWAT team was called up. A standoff occurred with this subject for multiple hours with ongoing negotiations attempted. The subject was taken into custody by SWAT Officers on multiple domestic related charges and charges related to this standoff.
