Madison Police say they caught two teens red-handed breaking into a shed at some local condominiums. The building had been hit several times by burglars who took golf carts out on joy rides.

A resident of the Tamarack Trails condominiums at 110 S. Westfield Rd. called officers just before 2:00 a.m. Wednesday after seeing flashlight beams and hearing banging noises.

Officers arrived and nabbed one suspect outside of the shed. The other was found inside.

A 12-year-old and 14-year-old boy were arrested.

Police say a door had been pried open.
