New Police Chief needed, Madison is a haven for criminals now and the Police are reluctant to get out of their cars.

This is sad. I used to lock up a business and we would have people knock on the glass doors after hours begging to be let in for one last purchase. We never let them in for fear of what would happen. I bet this man will never let anyone in again after hours. As for the useless thugs who did this, remember that you reap what you sow and you will be found and punished.
