Suspect::
light skinned black female, skinny build, wearing a tan coat
Victim:
Female taxi driver, received a stab wound to her arm and ear.
These injuries are non-life threatening.
The taxi driver was dropping off the suspect at 301 S. Park St. While in the taxi the suspect was talking about not having any money.
Once the taxi was stopped the suspect went through the pockets of the taxi driver and then stabbed her in the arm and ear.
The suspect was last seen running north on Park Street.
The investigation is continuing.
