Charges: Armed Robbery, OMVWOC, Battery, Eluding
Victim: Male, age 34, Madison
Details: As the victim was getting out of his car after parking it he was confronted by the suspect at gun point. The suspect struck the victim in the head with the handgun and demanded money. After taking money from the victim's pockets he also took the car keys and left the area in the victim's car. A short distance away officers saw the stolen car and got into a short pursuit with it. After the stolen car crashed into a light pole at E. Washington Av. and Stoughton Rd Ellison was taken into custody. The victim did not seek medical attention.
