From our news partner, WLUK in Green Bay:
GREEN LAKE COUNTY – A New London man has been charged for allegedly trying to sell cocaine to an undercover officer.
Jose Fernandez, 38, was arrested on Friday after arranging to meet the officer in Berlin.
But that is apparently not the first time the two had done business.
According to the criminal complaint, Fernandez first sold the officer drugs earlier this month.
Then on Friday, Fernandez offered the officer more than two pounds of cocaine. It would be worth about $36,000.
If convicted, Fernandez is facing 40 years in prison.
