Victim: Male, age 21, Madison
Details: A 21-year old Madison man said he was seated inside his parked SUV in the 1200 block of MacArthur Rd. Wednesday night when a silver 2-door Dodge Stratus pulled up alongside him. He heard a couple of pops, and a rear window of his SUV shattered. The preliminary investigation indicates someone likely fired a BB or pellet gun at the victim's vehicle.
