Ms. Lange was arrested for Retail Theft and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child - 2 counts.

Details:
Two women were arrested for contributing to the delinquency of children and retail theft after they used an empty baby stroller and purses to try to steal more than $800 worth of clothes from West Towne's JC Penney store Saturday afternoon.

The adults are accused of using a 16-year old girl, and a 14-year old girl to help them move merchandise without paying for it.
