VIDEO: CrimeTracker 15: Shots Fired on Britta Parkway in Madison

Madison Police continue to investigate a shooting along Britta Parkway.

A white Chevy Blazer pulled into a parking lot full of people. Moments after people approached the vehicle, shots ran out. The vehicle then fled the area.

Police do not believe this is a random act of violence.

There are no reports of injuries at this time.

The investigation continues.

Information from Madison Police Department:

Police are investigating reports of shots fired in the 4300 block of Britta Pkwy in Madison.

The call came in around 8:30p.m. Saturday. There were reports of 4 shots fired.

When police arrived on the scene they saw people fleeing the area.

Police did recover evidence that there was a shooting.

There are no injuries at this time.
