Incident Type:
Weapons Violation

Incident Date:
09/11/2012 - 10:02 AM

2300 block Allied Dr.

Victim:
Male, age 25, Fitchburg

Details:
A 25-year-old Fitchburg man was driving, with his window down, in the 2300 block of Allied Dr. Tuesday morning.

He heard a "crack" and then a "ping" as something hit the roof of his car.

He later discovered a bit of missing paint and surmised someone had shot a BB or pellet gun at his car.

This is in the same general location where a cab driver had a similar experience yesterday (see below).

It would appear these cases are likely connected.
