Male, white, 20-30 years old, 5'5" to 6', 150 to 180 pounds, wearing dark jeans, dark colored jacket over a white and gray striped shirt.
Victim:
Male, age 14, Madison
Details:
A 14-year-old Madison teen has reported that a stranger touched him inappropriately while the child was using the restroom at the East Towne Mall Barnes and Noble book store over the noon hour Thursday afternoon.
After being touched, the child ran from the bathroom and later told a trusted adult about the encounter.
