Male, black, 5'9" to 5'10", light complexion, thin build, 140-155 pounds, wearing a black and red flannel robe.

Victim:
Female, age 17, Baraboo,WI

Details:
A Baraboo teenager was touched inappropriately on the inside of her clothing by a man claiming to be dressed as Hugh Heffner Saturday night.

The 17-year-old was walking in the 20 block of S. Mills St. when she encountered a man clad in a black and red flannel robe.

He wanted to hug her, and she pushed him away. She then asked what his Halloween costume was supposed to be, and he gave her the name of the Playboy magazine publisher. She says the stranger then grabbed her and sexually assaulted her.

She was able to push him away and run.
