Two Men Arrested In Lafayette County Drug Investigation

From the Lafayette County Sheriff's Office:

A three (3) month-long investigation of illegal drug distribution has resulted in the arrests of two (2) Argyle men.

Today at approx. 11:40 A.M. Lafayette County Sheriff’s Deputies took the men into custody.

They are identified as: Patrick J. Allen, age 19 and Matthew N. Cline, age 25, who are being detained in the Lafayette County Jail until a court appearance is scheduled sometime next week.

Patrick J. Allen is being held in custody on charges of the Delivery of THC and the Delivery of Schedule II Stimulants.

Matthew N. Cline is being held in custody on charges of the Delivery of THC and Maintaining a Drug Dwelling.

These arrests are the result of an undercover investigation by the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of Argyle Police. The investigation of these illicit drug activities is continuing.

    First of all I would like to say: This all got blown way out of porportion.. am I the new day Scarface?? NO! Do I put people in harm's way? NO! I would help any person that never done me wrong in a second. Any true friends I have would tell you that. What I have or have not done in the past is my problem and I will deal with the consequences.. Thanks :)

    Pot and efidrene. Maybe they should concentrate on real drugs instead of looking for a scrapegoat for the election.

    Sad to say that I know these two people. One happens to be my classmate and the other one is another classmates brother. Doesn't surprise me one bit. I knew it would happen sooner or later. These two have been in trouble many times before and I don't think they will ever learn their lesson.
