Two People Arrested During Drug Investigation In The Town of Madison

Two people were arrested during a drug investigation late last night in the Town of Madison.

According to a media release from the Town of Madison Police Department, 32-year-old Serina O. Jefferson and 31-year-old Chester S. Schwarz were arrested.

Jefferson is charged with Possession of Heroin w/Intent to Deliver, Delivery of Heroin, and Maintaining a Drug Dwelling.

Schwarz is charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Obstructing an Officer/Investigation.

The investigation started with officers & EMS responded to a call of a non-responsive subject on Rimrock Road. Town of Madison EMS administered Narcan to the subject; the subject regained consciousness.

After interviewing the victim, officers gathered enough information to write a search warrant. The warrant was served at 11:52 p.m. last night at an apartment at 2501 Pheasant Ridge Trail.

Police located approximately 11 grams of heroin, packaging equipment, and numerous items of paraphernalia.
