Verona Police arrest 2 for allegedly stealing $4,000 worth of tools from local business

Verona Police have arrested two people for allegedly stealing $4,000 worth of electrical tools from a local plumbing business.

Verona Police have arrested two people for allegedly stealing $4,000 worth of electrical tools from a local plumbing business.

Officers identify the suspects as Jason Svendsen and Thomas Sorum. According to a press release from LeadsOnline, the men are accused of stealing from the business on two separate occasions.

Police were able to recover a majority of the stolen property using LeadsOnline, which tracks stolen property.

According to the release, the suspects allegedly stole several tools from vehicles before selling them to a secondhand business in Madison.
