RACINE, Wis. (AP) -- A Dane County man is accused of engaging in sexually explicit computer chats with someone he thought was a 15-year-old boy.
Sheriff's investigators in Racine County say Andrew J. Stuttgen of Verona was arrested in a sting Sunday. Authorities say the 31-year-old went to a pre-arranged location where he thought he was meeting the boy. Instead he was arrested.
Stuttgen was charged Monday with five felonies, including attempted second-degree sexual assault of a child and three counts of possessing child pornography. The charges carry a maximum penalty of 95 years in prison.
A judge set his cash bond at $150,000 and ordered that he not use the Internet or have contact with children.
His public defender, Jamie McClendon, did not immediately return an email message seeking comment.
