SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (AP) -- An iPad stolen from an autistic Sheboygan boy who used it to communicate has been returned.

Travis Wick wrote a letter to The Sheboygan Press (http://tinyurl.com/8br4huk ) after the iPad was recently taken from his car. Wick tried to explain that it wasn't just any iPad and that his son depended on it for daily living activities.

After Wick's letter appeared in the paper, donations poured into a local bank where a fund was set up to buy 4-year-old Jaden a new iPad.

Then Thursday, when Wick checked his mailbox, there was Jaden's iPad. The person who had stolen it had a change of heart.

As for the donations, Wick says he'll contact donors and see what they want to do. Wick says there are plenty of other families with autistic children who could benefit from the generosity.

Glad that he got it back, but what kind of evil hearted person steals it to begin with.
