Is Russ Feingold throwing his hat into the ring for a 2008 Presidential run?
The Wisconsin Senator told a group in Florida that he wants to be part of the process to identify a candidate to succeed George Bush in 2008.
He says he plans to travel the country speaking with fellow democrats about what is necessary for democrats to take back the White House.
Whether he is that person will be decided after his travels, and only if he feels he is the best candidate to win.
