For a third straight year, Wisconsin reports receiving a record amount of money from exporting goods and services.
Wisconsin reported a $12.7 billion in 2004 from exports that's a 10.4 percent increase over 2003.
Canada is Wisconsin's largest international exporting market.
It grew last year to just under five billion dollars.
Mexico is the second largest buyer, followed by Japan, China, and the United Kingdom.
Bob McCoy of the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce says, "since we're in a global economy anytime you can expand base of a business, the more you sell, the more you make, the more people you can employ."
Wisconsin's biggest international exporting products are industrial machinery, including computer equipment.
