Former Teacher Pleas Guilty in Sexual Assault
A former teacher at an area technical college is pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a student.
Robert Skalla,42, was a marketing instructor at Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville. According to a criminal complaint, Skalla went to Madison with some students last March for a marketing competition.
He's accused of inappropriately touching an 18-year-old student when he tucked her into bed.
