Madison police continue to look for the man responsible for two hit-and-runs Tuesday.

Police have now release a picture of the truck hoping to find out who was operating the vehicle at the time of the two incidents.

Authorities say a 56-year-old woman was walking her dog around 5:45 in the morning on Rutledge Street, when she was hit by a white pick–up truck and dragged 25 feet.

The man drove off; the woman was taken to a hospital for head injuries.

Less than two hours later, police located the pick–up truck after it was involved in a second hit and run on Pawling Avenue.

A white man fled on foot, and has not been located.
