Fifty-five-year-old Judith Fitzpatrick, who went missing Monday morning, was found at a home in Monona late Monday night.
According to police, the homeowners returned from vacation and found Fitzpatrick in their house brandishing knives, swords and other martial arts equipment she had gathered from the home.
Police say she threatened the tenants and that's when the officers were called to the scene.
The suspect was taken into custody a short time later and transported to a hospital for a psychological evaluation.
