Man Wanted for Questioning in Town of Madison Shooting

Town of Madison police are investigating a shooting that left a man hospitalized with gun shot wounds.

It happened around nine Saturday morning on the 2700 block of Pheasant Ridge Trail.

Police say a 24-year-old man was shot in the back, and is in stable condition.

After the shooting, he was reportedly robbed of about $100 from his pockets.

Authorities say the victim knew the shooter.

Town of Madison police are looking to question 33-year-old Robert Couch in regards to the incident.

He's described as a black man, 5'11", 225 lbs., with a tattoo on the his left cheek near his eye of a star or teardrop, a tattoo on the left side of his neck, and one on the left upper forearm.
