Suspect Wanted in Madison Arrested in Los Angeles

A man wanted for two attempted murders in Madison, is taken into custody in North Hollywood.
Hector Romero of Madison was arrested Thursday afternoon by the LAPD SWAT team after a five hour surveillance of one of his relative's homes.
A warrant was issued in Dane County Court on May 9th for Romero – who turned 18 Thursday — stemming from felony reckless injury charges.
The U.S. Marshall's office in Los Angeles tells NBC 15 it was contacted by the Dane County Sheriff's Department after Romero reportedly fled Wisconsin.
