The latest in renewable fuels, hybrid cars, wind and solar energy will be on display this weekend in central Wisconsin.

The 16th annual Renewable Energy and Sustainable Living fair
begins today near Custer in Portage County. The fair is the largest
of its kind in the country. It draws ``green'' energy experts and entrepreneurs from around the world.

There are workshops and seminars on everything from installing
solar panels on your roof to retrofitting you car to run on
vegetable oil.

The fair also includes tips on political organizing for
activists on preventing strip mining of coal in the Appalachians to
building local community support for wind farms.
