Sauk County authorities have released the name of the man who died after diving off a bridge into shallow water Sunday.
Officials say 29-year-old Todd Blau of Spring Green suffered a severe neck injury after diving into the Wisconsin River on the border of Iowa County.
Authorities say Blau had been tubing down the river with friends before the accident.
He was removed from the water by some passing canoeists.
Witnesses began CPR until emergency crews arrived.
Blau was pronounced dead at the scene.
