An illegal immigrant from Mexico is facing charges of kidnapping and sexual assault.
Town of Madison police say 24-year-old Hector Martinez-Diaz kidnapped his 27-year-old former girlfriend.
Officers say he beat her and sexually assaulted her. She was able to call police after Martinez-Diaz fell asleep. Town of Madison police say he may have been involved in two other sexual assaults.
