Police have issued an arrest warrant in connection to Thursday afternoon's shooting on Madison's southwest side.
Madison police earlier listed Tamis Bolden as a person of interest, but they believe he has fled the area and the warrant allows other police agencies to arrest him for Madison.
This shooting occurred on July seventh in a duplex on Loreen Drive.
17-year-old Sara Ouk was shot and later died at this hospital. Police aren't saying if they think Bolden shot the girl, but they believe he's involved and want to know why he's left the area. Mike Hanson from the Madison Police Department says, " He knows some information on what went on in there... we're quite confident. That transpires to why isn't he talking to us? Why has he fled the area? So we used this as a tool to bring him back to Madison is he has fled."
Bolden was last seen getting into a dark Jeep truck and is known to drive a 1990 Maroon Chevy Caprice station wagon.
