One of the people allegedly involved in last Tuesday’s drive–by shooting in Oregon made his initial court appearance Tuesday afternoon.
21 year old Sophorn Tep was charged with three counts of attempted homicide. His bail is set at $75,000.
Tep is not a U.S. citizen. He is a citizen of Thailand. According to the criminal complaint, he is just one of about a dozen people believed to be involved in the shooting.
