Highway 14 has reopened after being shut down all morning, following a standoff in Middleton.
A man police are calling suicidal is in custody at this hour, after leading police on a high-speed chase that ended on Highway 14 and Demming Way.
At one point the man was driving the wrong way down the Beltline.
