All of the people who had been taken into custody for alleged involvement in last month's drive-by shooting in Oregon will go to trial.
Four of them, 17-year-old Somnang Mey, 16-year-old Andrew Pirsch, and 19-year-olds Jeremy and Jonathon Adeyanju were in Dane County Circuit Court today for their preliminary hearings. Six other suspects waived their right to a preliminary hearing.
The August ninth shooting left three people injured. In all, 12 people are facing charges.
