A Catholic priest, who claims sexual assault allegations against him are false, renews his fight in court.
On Wednesday, a Rock County judge decided not to overturn the verdict from Father Gerald Vosen's defamation lawsuit. Vosen had claimed a 26-year-old man made up a story that Vosen had sexually assaulted him, suing him for more than a million dollars in damages.
Last month, a jury ruled those allegations were credible. Church authorities are still reviewing the allegations.
