Beloit Police Arrest Two For Armed Robbery
Beloit Police arrest two men for an armed robbery last week at The Mouse Tavern.

Information from the Beloit Police Department:
Beloit Police Investigators have arrested two individuals in regards to an armed robbery investigation that occurred at The Mouse Tavern, located at 1408 Madison Road, on 06/14/2009 at approximately 3:34 p.m.
Two male subjects from Orfordville, Wis., were being held in the Rock County Jail on probation violations within a few days of the armed robbery occurring in Beloit.
Arrested and held at the Rock County Jail pending a court appearance for Armed Robbery are Donald O. Smith, 37, and Daniel R. Nehring, 49, both of Orfordville.
Smith and Nehring have extensive criminal backgrounds and are currently on parole.
A third suspect is being sought for his involvement in the armed robbery.

I knew the 49 year old when I was a very young. He was a good kid and came from a fantastic family - I mean great people! I'm no different than anyone else - he's got to pay for his actions (assuming he's found guilty). The conflict (for me) is I know a better person is within what he's outwardly become. I wish his family nothing but the best - they deserve it. Maybe this will be Danny's God moment
