From Dane County Sheriff's Department:
At approximately 12:25am, a Dane County Sheriff’s Office Deputy arrested Robert E. Opsal II, age 42, of Madison, for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated - 5th Offense.
The deputy observed a vehicle without a license plate on Christianson Ave in the Town of Blooming Grove. When the deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, contact was made with Opsal, who subsequently failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Opsal was arrested on the Felony OWI Offense and Felony Bail Jumping.
He is currently being held in the Dane County Jail.
