Governor Doyle Seeks Applicants for District Attorney in Dane County
Governor Jim Doyle announced today that he is seeking applicants for appointment as district attorney in Dane County.

MADISON – Governor Jim Doyle announced today that he is seeking applicants for appointment as district attorney in Dane County. The appointment will fill the vacancy created by the election of District Attorney Brian Blanchard to the District IV Court of Appeals.

The new district attorney will begin serving in August.

An applicant must be a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Wisconsin and must reside in Dane County at the time the appointment becomes effective.
