UPDATED Thursday, April 11, 2013 --- 11:05 a.m.
We're learning new information about the suspect in a string of pharmacy robberies.
DeForest Police arrested 35-year-old Tony Taylor earlier this week.
At a news conference this morning, police said a "quick thinking" employee at the DeForest Hometown Pharmacy helped them make the arrest.
Police say that the worker noticed the clothes the suspect was wearing were similar to the clothing in the suspect photos posted at drug stores. She also noticed he was wearing similar shoes with markings like those in the photos. Store workers called 911.
Taylor is a suspect in robberies across southern Wisconsin, the Chicago area and even crimes spanning into Nebraska.
The robberies add up to $87,000 worth of drugs stolen.
