HOWARD, Wis. (AP) -- The Brown County sheriff's department says the death of a 2-month-old boy found not breathing at a Howard daycare does not appear suspicious.
Capt. David Konrath says officers and paramedics responded about 4:15 p.m. Thursday to a home daycare in Howard.
The Green Bay Press Gazette reports (http://gbpg.net/y18SYI) the woman who runs the daycare said the infant woke up from his nap and she was carrying him in her arms when she noticed he appeared limp.
Konrath says she then called 911 and began CPR until paramedics arrived.
Six children were at the home. Two of them were the owner's children.
The infant was taken to St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, where he died Friday morning.
