Madison Police say three people have been detained after an armed robbery at a gas station.

Officers say the victim was robbed in the parking lot of the BP at 699 S. Gammon Road.

There are no charges at this time, and police are still investigating.

Right now, police do not believe this was a random crime.

Two suspects are in custody and at least one other person is on the loose after a gas station robbery in Madison.

Dispatch received a report of an armed robbery at the BP at 699 S. Gammon Road a little after 2:00 p.m. today.

Police say two suspects have been detained, and they are still looking for at least one other person. They are searching in an area west of Park St.

Residents in the Badger Road area tell our crews they saw two men taken into custody at gunpoint today.
