Marcel Taylor returned to the Dane County Jail and is back in custody.

Press Release from the Dane Co. Sheriff's Office:

Madison, WI. February 25, 2013 – Marcel Taylor, age 45 of Madison, is AWOL from the Dane County Jail.

Taylor was sentenced with Huber on charges of Retail Theft and Possessing a Narcotic. He was released from the Public Safety Building this morning for a medical appointment and was scheduled to return by 12:15 pm. As of 2:00 pm, he had not returned and was declared AWOL.

Taylor is 5’8” tall and approximately 200 lbs. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911.

The Dane County Sheriff’s Office is also still seeking information on the whereabouts of inmate Paul D. Richardson, age 24 of Madison, who was declared AWOL on Friday, February 22nd.
