Press Release from the Dane Co. Sheriff's Department:

On Sunday, July 1, 2012, a Dane County Sheriff’s Office Deputy arrested Raymond C. Horan, age 57 of Edgerton, for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated - 4th Offense.

At approximately 7:44 p.m., Dane County Deputies responded to Hillside Rd. near Koshkonong Dr. in the Town of Albion for a single vehicle crash with minor injuries to the driver. Raymond Horan was traveling southbound on Hillside Rd. and lost control while negotiating a slight curve in the roadway. The vehicle went off the roadway and rolled multiple times prior to coming to rest on its side.

After investigating the circumstances of the crash, Horan was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated. A check through the Wisconsin Department of Transportation records indicated Horan had three prior OMVWI convictions.

Horan was booked into the Dane County Jail on the OMVWI 4th Offense, which is a Felony. Horan was also cited for failing to maintain control of his vehicle.
