Monona couple William and Danielle Ganje love football, pizza and beer. Sounds like a perfect match, right? But there's one thing husband and wife have to agree to disagree on.

"Being fans of opposite teams has made things a lot of fun," Danielle said.

Danielle is a die-hard Packers fan. William is a dedicated Vikings fan. For Sunday's Packers vs. Vikings game, they headed to the Echo Tap in downtown Madison to cheer on their teams.

"I told him I'd drive because he's going to need a little more liquid tonight than I will," Danielle joked. "We've been going back and forth all day about this game."

It's a friendly rivalry that includes some smack talk, and started with an actual smack: "This was the first year that Brett Favre was on the Vikings," William said. "And the Vikings ended up winning. So I ended up going up to her at a party. We had a lot of mutual friends. We had a couple of drinks. I go up to Danielle, and I say, hey, how about that Brett Favre, and she slapped me across the face."

If you're wondering who's the bigger fan? C'mon, we all know that Packers have the best fans.

"I'll let you answer this because I know what you're going to say," Danielle said to William.

"I think Danielle is," he said. "But no matter what, I will always be a Vikings fan."
