Janesville Police report that they have found Ryan Paschal.

Press Release from the Janesville Police Department:

The Janesville police department is attempting to locate Ryan L. Paschal in regards to a welfare check. Paschal is homeless and had been living in a tent. He was last seen between midnight and 2:00am on 2/1/13 in the 200 blk of Rockport Rd., Janesville. His property was located in the area of the Five-points intersection. Contact has been made with the shelters and his known associates without success. Due to the extreme cold there is a concern for his welfare.

Paschal is a white male, 51, 5’10, 160lbs, brown hair, blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a Green Bay Packer coat, light brown Carhart bib overalls, boots and a baseball cap.
