Arrested: Bernardo Barajas, age 31, Madison
Mr. Barajas was arrested on two counts of 4th Degree Sexual Assault.

Victim: Male, age 61, Madison

Details: A contractor, working inside a S. Whitney Way apartment building, says a resident grabbed him twice in the groin while he was trying to do his job Wednesday afternoon. The 61-year old victim reported the crimes to police Thursday afternoon. He said the first time he was touched he pushed the stranger's hands away and told him to knock it off.

As he continued his work, he said the suspect grabbed him again. This time the victim shoved the suspect up against a wall and strongly ordered him to keep his hands off. An officer contacted the suspect. He admitted to making the contacts, and at first said it was accidental. He later admitted that was not true. The suspect was arrested on two counts of 4th Degree Sexual Assault.
