From the Dane County Sheriff's Office:

Madison, WI. February 12, 2013 – A Dane County Sheriff’s deputy arrested Chimirra A. Murry, age 29 of Madison, for OWI-4th Offense-Controlled Substance at about 1:00 am today.

Murry was driving on Mill Pond Road in the City of Madison when the deputy noticed there was no front plate on the 1996 Infinity. When he ran the plate he found the registration was expired, and made a traffic stop on the vehicle. When the deputy made contact with Murry, there was a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle as well as open beer cans in plain sight.

Field sobriety tests were given and Murry was arrested for OWI-4th Offense. She was also cited for Open Intoxicants and Operating After Revocation. She is currently being held in the Dane County Jail.
